RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your SEGARA SWIM suits so we’re happy to accept a return or an exchange if they’re not quite right for you. We just ask that you meet the following requirements to ensure we maintain a high level of quality for you and other customers:

  • Items cannot be worn, washed, or damaged in any way
  • Hygiene liner and tags must still be attached
  • Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of initial delivery

IMPORTANT: Returns that we receive that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

RETURNS

Please follow these steps to begin a return.

  1. Email returns@segaraswim.com with your order number, the items you are returning, and your reason for return. Your reason for return will help us improve our experience.
  2. We'll email you to authorize your return and provide a return label if your return meets our return requirements. We try to process returns as quickly as possible and typically reply within 1 business day.
  3. Ship your items back in the original packaging to make it easy for you and to help us reduce waste. We can only accept returns that are postmarked within 7 days of delivery so try not to procrastinate!
  4. You should receive a refund approximately 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Please note that we will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund and cannot refund any original shipping costs or import duties.

EXCHANGES

For an easy exchange, we recommend that you place a new order to ensure that your desired exchange items are available. Then follow the same steps that you would for a return.

If you used a promotion code for your initial purchase that is no longer available when you place your new order, send us an email at returns@segaraswim.com so that we can assist you.
